The release date for the new album by JOSHUA is now set: "Choices" will be out June 24th 2011 – and we are very excited! "Choices" is the New York band's brilliant comeback album that sounds exactly as we hoped it would: As if there had no time passed by since back then. Just as the debut album by JOSHUA, the band recorded its new album together with J Robbins – singer and guitarist of the legendary Jawbox, Burning Airlines and Channels and known for his recording works with bands such as The Promise Ring, Garrison, Jets to Brazil, Braid, Texas Is the Reason, Bluetip, Clutch and many others. If you don’t know JOSHUA, this might be a lesson to learn. Bands like Thursday, Taking Back Sunday, Say Anything or New Found Glory mention JOSHUA as being one of their lasting influences. Arctic Rodeo is going to release "Choices" by JOSHUA on CD, as download andon limited edition LP+CD. The CD is going to contain a booklet and will be packed in a nice digisleeve jacket with no plastic. The vinyl version of the album is limited to 500 copies worldwide. 100 copies will be pressed on blue vinyl, 100 copies on clear/red mixed colored vinyl and 200 copies on clear vinyl. Furthermore, 100 copies will be pressed and green vinyl and be available directly through the band exclusively. As usual, there will be a free CD added to the LP which contains audio files and mp3 formats of the entire as well as a free mp3 label compilation. The pre-order will be up at our web store May 20th 2011!
