The debut album by ATLANTIC/PACIFIC from Brooklyn is finally going to be released October 29th, after the band lead by Garrett Klahn and John Herguth had played a lot of shows (with Walter Schreifels, Chamberlain, Mercury Rev and many more). Both of them are members of the Arctic Rodeo family for a while already: You surely remember Garrett Klahn from being a part of SOLEA and TEXAS IS THE REASON of course, and John Herguth from being a member of HOUSE & PARISH. The band has recorded the album at the Brooklyn Love Studios together with their friend Ian Love (RIVAL SCHOOLS, DIE 116, BURN) who is also a member of the Arctic Rodeo family and a helping hand for the band, its music and its recordings. The album was mastered at the Boiler Room in Chicago by Collin Jordan, whose skills can be seen on albums from Kanye West to Ministry. Meet Your New Love by ATLANTIC/PACIFIC is going to be released on CD and LP+CD, and pre-orders will be up on September 24th already! The CD will come in a nice plastic free digifile jacket and will include a booklet. The vinyl LP is limited to 400 copies. 200 copies are on blue vinyl and 200 copies are on clear/blue mixed vinyl. As usual, there will be a free CD added to the LP containing the whole album as audio files and as mp3 files, plus there will be a free mp3 label compilation included.

The day has finally come! Today is the the release day of There Will Be No Miracles Here by FRONTIER(S). After our vinyl LPs have spent several days at the German custom authorities, we have finally received the record delivery. Of course we didn’t hesitate a second and started getting all paid orders packed immediately so all orders have been shipped on time. We would like to thank all of you for the great response and for being interested in the debut album of this band from Louisville, Kentucky. Thank you so much! It’s highly appreciated! The CD is available in a nice digifile sleeve and will include a booklet, the LP pressing is limited to 300 copies on orange vinyl and comes with a free CD incl. the entire album. This time he will be on the road alone: WALTER SCHREIFELS will perform the songs of his solo album An Open Letter To The Scene again on Germany’s stages, solo and without a band. Everyone who has seen the front man of Rival Schools and former member of Quicksand, Gorilla Biscuits and Youth Of Today playing solo knows how charming these concerts by the man from Brooklyn are. Our vinyl LPs of ARI HEST's Twelve Mondays have finally arrived. As usual at Arctic Rodeo, there is a free CD added to the LP incl. the entire Album as audio tracks and mp3 files. Furthermore, there is a free mp3 label compilation included on the CD. The LP is strictly limited to 308 hand numbered copies. It is available in two different vinyl color variations: 104 copies are on silver-white vinyl, 204 copies are on transparent-black vinyl. We have also received the new pressing of WALTER SCHREIFELS' An Open Letter To The Scene on white-green vinyl, limited to 175 copies. Of course there is the free CD coming with this one as well, incl. audio tracks for all tracks of the album, all mp3 files and the the free mp3 label compilation. This is another dream coming true for us. They are one of our favourite bands for so many years. CHAMBERLAIN! The band formerly known from the punk and hardcore scene as SPLIT LIP had changed its name into CHAMBERLAIN after having released several 7"es and 2 full length albums. After their fantastic last regular album studio The Moon My Saddle, the band split up several years ago. Now the guys are back together again playing an US tour together with The Gaslight Anthem and Tim Barry. They have also recorded two Tracks for a new vinyl 7" which is going to be available on tour in the US only. So the idea came up of bringing this beautiful piece of music over to Europe by releasing it on Arctic Rodeo. And it’s actually going to happen! We will do our pressing in of this record and make it available in Europe. The Songs on this 7" are called Raise It High and The South Has Spoiled Me in a new version featuring Brian Fallon of The Gaslight Anthem. We are so proud of this, this is incredible.  If you don’t know CHAMBERLAIN or SPLIT LIP music, you have to check it out! If you don’t own their albums, you should definitely go and get them! The release date for the fantastic debut album of FRONTIER(S) is now set: There Will Be No Miracles Here is going to be released on August 20th 2010. We are damn proud having these guys from Louisville, Kentucky on board, because this new band around singer and guitarist Chris Higdon (Elliott, Falling Forward) and guitarist Matt Wieder (Guilt, The Enkindels, Automatic, Mouthpiece) has recorded an awesome album. Friends of the bands mentioned above will probably feel reminded of the 90s (post-) hardcore scene in a positive way, everyone else will experience a timeless, stirring and exciting rock album.
